I welcome members of the press and public to the Transport and the Environment Committee's meeting. I have received apologies from Adam Ingram and from Fiona McLeod—she will attend, but not until about 10.30 am.

I apologise, too. I will have to depart for the Justice 2 Committee's meeting.

I am aware of that. Des McNulty will have to depart for part of the meeting, because he has commitments with another committee. I note that apology.
