Good afternoon. I welcome everybody to the 32nd meeting of the Justice 1 Committee in 2006.
Under item 1, I invite the committee to consider whether to take item 2 in private. We previously agreed that the main item—item 3—would be taken in private, but I ask committee members to agree to consider in private additional evidence that has been submitted. Is that agreed?
