Item 2 is to choose a convener. Parliament has agreed that only members of the Scottish National Party are eligible for nomination as convener of the committee. I am pleased to announce that Fiona McLeod is the SNP’s nominee for the post. Do we agree to choose her as our convener?

Members indicated agreement.

No seconder is required. I congratulate Fiona McLeod on her appointment and hand over the chair to her for the remainder of proceedings.
