Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the 21st meeting in 2019 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. We have apologies from Alison Harris; Bill Bowman is taking her place today.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee takes items 5, 6 and 7—consideration of the delegated powers provisions in the Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill, the Non-Domestic Rates (Scotland) Bill and the Referendums (Scotland) Bill—in private. Do members agree to that?
