Interests

Good morning and welcome to the 10th meeting of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee in session 4. I remind members to switch off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they impact on the broadcasting system.

The first item is a declaration of interests. I welcome Alex Johnstone to the committee and invite him to declare any relevant interests.
