Services Directorate Inquiry

The next four agenda items are all on European Union issues. We start with the services directorate inquiry. The covering note with the correspondence from the Scottish Government asks us to note the Government's response and

"to agree to continue to monitor the Scottish Government's approach to the transposition of the Services Directive".
