Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 23rd meeting in 2010 of the Public Audit Committee and remind everyone to ensure that all electronic devices are switched off. Jamie Hepburn has sent apologies. He will attend the meeting, but his journey is delayed.
