Good morning and welcome to the sixth meeting of the European and External Relations Committee in session 5. Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Item 4 is consideration of the evidence heard on intergovernmental relations and item 5 is consideration of the committee’s work programme. Do members agree to take those items in private?
