Water (Prevention of Pollution) (Code of Practice) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2001 (SSI 2001/175)
The first item on the agenda is the consideration of Executive responses.
As the Executive has responded to the various points that we raised on the order, the question now is whether we are content simply to draw that response to the Parliament's attention or wish to pursue those points further. This is not a major matter, as the Executive has to some extent clarified the points. If members are content, we will pass the instrument on to the lead committee with a copy of the correspondence to allow it to decide whether or not to take a serious view.
