During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

Agenda item 2 is consideration of two negative Scottish statutory instruments. Members have received a paper from the clerk, which sets out the purpose of the instruments. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered the instruments and had no comments to make.

As members do not have any comments on either SSI, do members agree not to make any recommendations to the Parliament on the instruments?

Members indicated agreement.
