Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the ninth meeting in 2015 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. As usual, I remind everyone to switch off mobile phones as they affect the broadcasting system.

Item 1 is for the committee to agree to take item 5, which is the consideration of a complaint against a cross-party group, in private. Do members agree to take item 5 in private?
