Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the sixth meeting in 2009 of the Equal Opportunities Committee. I remind all those present, including members, that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off completely, as they interfere with the sound system even when they are switched to silent.

We have received apologies from Elaine Smith.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take business in private. Do members agree to consider the committee's draft annual report in private at future meetings?
