Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members to the sixth meeting of the Education and Culture Committee in 2012. I remind members and people in the public gallery to ensure that all mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off at all times. I have received no apologies this morning—we have a full turnout for the meeting.

The first item on our agenda is to decide whether to take in private item 5 and our consideration of a draft report on the National Library of Scotland Bill at a future meeting. Is that agreed?
