Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Welcome, everyone, to the 11th meeting in 2019 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 3, which is consideration of a complaint report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland?

Members indicated agreement.

Agenda item 2 is another decision on taking business in private. The committee needs to decide whether to take future consideration of the report from the commissioner, and the committee’s draft report on the complaint, in private at a future meeting. We also need to decide whether to consider our work programme in private at a future meeting.
