Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members to the 10th meeting of the Education and Culture Committee in 2012. I remind members and those in the public gallery to ensure that mobile phones and any other electronic devices are switched off rather than switched to silent; otherwise they will interfere with the sound system.

No apologies have been received. There is a full turnout of the committee.

Agenda item 1 is to consider whether to take item 4 in private. Do members agree to do so?
