Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 21st meeting of the Justice Committee in 2012. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely as they interfere with broadcasting even when switched to silent. No apologies have been received, but Margaret Mitchell is again substituting for David McLetchie.

Under item 1, the committee is invited to agree to consider items 11, 12 and 13 in private. Do we agree to do so?
