Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the seventh meeting in 2008 of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee. I remind committee members, witnesses and visitors that all mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off, as they interfere with the sound system.

The first item on the agenda is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to consider in private item 3, which is our approach to the Creative Scotland Bill?
