Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the fifth meeting in 2014 of the Finance Committee of the Scottish Parliament. First, I remind everyone present to turn off their mobile phones or other electronic devices. We have received apologies this morning from Malcolm Chisholm MSP.
