Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 36th and last meeting of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee in 2013. I welcome my colleagues and our witnesses, who I see are eager to contribute. I remind everyone to turn off or switch to silent their mobile phones or other electronic devices.

We have received apologies from Dennis Robertson, who is involved with his member’s bill on disabled parking. We are joined instead by Joan McAlpine as his substitute—she is welcome.
