Decision on Taking Business in Private

Item 5 is a decision on taking in private item 6, to enable us to consider our initial approach to our review of SPCB Supported bodies. As members will be aware, that approach is in line with usual practice in committees. I will try to make our committee meetings as public as possible, but our decisions today will appear in the minute anyway.
