At our next meeting, which is scheduled for 2 October, we aim to consider and agree the consultation paper, the bulk of which will have been determined as a result of today's discussions. In effect, the consultation is a draft report, so I suggest that we follow normal practice and take consideration of it in private. Are members content with that suggestion?
Once it has been agreed, the finalised paper will be a public document—if it were not, it would be a bit difficult to consult on it. The next meeting will be on 2 October at 3 pm.
