Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. We might as well crack on now that we are, I think, all here and present. On matters of housekeeping, I remind people to switch off their mobile phones and I advise that we have received apologies from George Foulkes.

Agenda item 1 is to seek approval from colleagues that item 4, which is a discussion on correspondence regarding Audit Scotland's corporate governance, should be discussed in private. Is that agreed?
