Agenda item 3 is the election of a deputy convener. As Christine Grahame said, it was decided on a Parliamentary Bureau motion that the deputy convener should be a member of the Conservative party. As Jamie McGrigor is the sole Conservative party member of the committee, is it agreed that he should act as deputy convener?
