The next matter is the Sale of Dogs (Identification Tag) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/177), which could have been taken together with the Breeding of Dogs (Licensing Records) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/176). It is my fault that it was not. Are we agreed that the response will be dealt with in the same way?
