Under item 2, I invite members to agree to take items 5 and 6 in private. Item 5 is consideration of a draft report, and item 6 is consideration of correspondence and the committee’s engagement strategy. Do members agree to take those items in private?
Next week, we will consider our approach to budget scrutiny. Logically, it may be better to take that item first. To give us flexibility, do members agree that we should begin next week in private session to assist with the timetable?
We will fit that in before Lord Carloway gives evidence from 11 am.
