Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Christine Grahame):

Welcome to the 21st meeting in 2008 of the Health and Sport Committee. Apologies have been received from Ross Finnie; Jamie Stone is here as a substitute for him.

I ask the committee to agree to take item 3 in private, in line with our usual practice of considering potential witnesses in private. Do we agree so to do?
