Decision on Taking Business in Private

Agenda item 2 is to decide whether to take items 9 and 10 in private. Item 9 is consideration of a paper that will inform our draft report on the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Bill at stage 1, and item 10 is a chance for the committee to consider the evidence that we are just about to hear from the Minister for Parliamentary Business. Are we agreed to take those items in private?
