Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 10th meeting of the Forth Crossing Bill Committee and our first since proceedings moved to stage 2. As stage 2 for this bill is different from the usual stage 2 procedure for public bills, I suggest that we take in private the consideration of our approach to it, which is our second item of business. I also suggest that, if we agree to take item 2 in private, we publish most of the papers for this meeting after we have had our discussion. Are members agreed?
