Good morning and welcome to this meeting of the Health and Community Care Committee. Agenda item 1 is to suggest to the committee that agenda items 4 and 5 be discussed in private. Item 4 is a discussion on our response to the expert group's report on the measles, mumps and rubella vaccination. Item 5 is consideration of our draft report on the budget process. It is our normal practice to do that in private. Do members agree to discuss those items in private?
