Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No 1) Order 2008 <br />(SSI 2008/130)

The committee agreed that no points arose on the instrument.

For the purposes of the record, I am duty-bound to refer to the minor points that have arisen on SSI 2008/127, SSI 2008/128, SSI 2008/129 and SSI 2008/135. Those minor points will be raised informally with the Scottish Government.

Thus, at extremely high speed, we conclude our meeting. I thank members for their attendance. The next meeting of the committee will be on Tuesday, 22 April.
