I welcome members to the ninth meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take agenda item 2, which is an update on the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Legal Continuity) (Scotland) Bill, in private?
