Subordinate Legislation

Police Service of Scotland (Amendment) (No 2) Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/125)

The Convener

The next item of business is consideration of a Scottish statutory instrument. The regulations, which are subject to negative procedure, make corrections and clarifying amendments to various regulations that set out conditions of service for members of Police Scotland. The Subordinate Legislation Committee draws the regulations to Parliament’s attention on the ground that they should have been issued free of charge, in accordance with the Scottish Government’s policy on issuing purely corrective instruments. If members have no comments on the SSI, are we content to make no recommendations to Parliament on it?

Members indicated agreement.
