Decision on Taking Business in Private

Not all our witnesses for agenda item 3 have arrived, and we are not scheduled to take evidence on the Creative Scotland Bill until 10 o'clock. It might help to bring forward agenda item 4, which is a decision on taking business in private.

Do members agree that consideration of our draft stage 1 report on the Creative Scotland Bill at the next two meetings should be held in private?
