Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the 10th meeting in 2007 of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee. As usual, I ask everybody present to switch off mobile phones, pagers and BlackBerrys. We have received apologies from Cathy Peattie.

We have just two items on our agenda, the first of which is consideration of a proposal to take in private agenda item 2, which is a discussion of our approach to the budget process. Do members agree to take agenda item 2 in private?
