I welcome everyone to this morning's meeting of the Health and Community Care Committee. In the first agenda item, committee members are requested to consider whether to discuss in private item 4, which is our draft report on the budget, and item 5, which is our draft report on the Mental Health (Scotland) Bill. The usual practice is to discuss such items in private. Do members agree to do so?
