Decision on Taking Business in Private
I welcome everyone to the ninth meeting this year of the Local Government and Communities Committee and remind them to switch off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys.
Item 1 is to consider whether to take item 3 in private. Item 3 is consideration of a draft report on the legislative consent memorandum that we discussed last week. Discussions on the possible contents of draft reports are usually held in private. Do members agree to take item 3 in private?
