Good morning. I welcome members to today's meeting of the Transport and the Environment Committee. Agenda item 1 is to decide whether we take items 3 and 6 in private. Agenda item 3 is our consideration of lines of questioning for witnesses. Agenda item 6 is on our draft paper on the rail industry in Scotland. Is it agreed that we take those two items in private?
