Good morning. I welcome committee members and members of the press and public to the first meeting of the Enterprise and Culture Committee, and ask everyone to turn off any noisy phones and pagers that they might have. I am in the chair because, apparently, I am the oldest committee member, which has come as a bit of a blow. Anyone who wants to challenge that on the grounds of age should please do so.
