Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon and welcome to the sixth meeting in 2010 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. We have apologies from Marilyn Livingstone and Dave Thompson. I welcome Alasdair Morgan, who is here as the substitute for Dave Thompson—I am sure that you will be interested in our work today.

Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 3, which relates to the committee’s work programme. Are members happy to take the item in private?
