Scottish Register of Tartans Fees Order 2009 (SSI 2009/6)

It should not take us long to deal with the remaining item on our agenda, which is consideration of a negative instrument. No member asked for officials or ministers to be present for the item; to date, no motion to annul the order has been lodged. Are members content for the committee to make no recommendation on the order?

Members indicated agreement.

That concludes today's meeting. At our next meeting, on 25 February, we will continue with our energy inquiry. Thank you for your attendance. It has been a long but valuable meeting.
