Adoption (Recognition of Overseas Adoptions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/335)

The next item on the agenda is consideration of two negative instruments. The second of the instruments amends the first and, taken together, they specify the countries and territories whose adoption orders are recognised in Scots law as overseas adoptions.

As members have no comments on these instruments, does the committee agree to make no recommendation to the Parliament on them?
