This is Marilyn Livingstone's first meeting in her capacity as a committee substitute, so I invite her to declare any interests from her entry in the register of members' interests that are relevant to the remit of the committee.

I should perhaps declare that I am a member of the Educational Institute of Scotland and am currently on a career break from Fife College of Further and Higher Education.
