As is traditional, I welcome members and visitors to the meeting. Yet again, we have a full agenda—that seems to be our war cry these days—and a timetable has been added to the committee papers so that we have some indication of how this morning's substantial business will be managed. I have noted what members have said about the need for thorough questioning of witnesses and I shall try to ensure that that can happen.
