The next item concerns the election of the deputy convener. On a motion of the Parliamentary Bureau, it has been decided that a member of the Scottish National Party will hold that post. It does not require a complex process of elimination to see that there is only one member of the SNP on the committee, Colin Campbell, who has already indicated that he would be prepared to accept nomination.
I am happy to nominate Colin Campbell.
Colin Campbell was chosen as deputy convener.
