I suggest that we start the 15th meeting in 2002 of the Finance Committee. I make the usual announcement about mobile phones and pagers: please switch them off. We have received apologies from David Davidson, who will not be at the meeting, and from Elaine Thomson and Brian Adam, who will be late because of the vagaries of the train service from Aberdeen.
