Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the 10th meeting of the Education and Culture Committee in session four. I remind members and people in the public gallery to ensure that they switch off all mobile phones and other electronic devices, which should remain switched off at all times.

No apologies have been received. A couple of members are running late, but we expect them to join us quite soon.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private items 5 and 6. Are we content to take those items in private?
