The next item of business is the selection of a member of the committee to act as our deputy convener. The Parliament has agreed that only members of the Scottish National Party are eligible for nomination as deputy convener. I understand that Brian Adam is the SNP nominee for the role. That being so, I ask the committee to agree that Brian Adam be chosen as deputy convener of the Scotland Bill Committee.
