Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon, and welcome to the 11th meeting of the Forth Crossing Bill Committee. I apologise for my voice, which is somewhat strained. This is the second of our meetings at stage 2 of the process. As usual, I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones and pagers. All members are present.

Agenda item 1 is to establish whether to consider in private, at this meeting and at future meetings, the assessor’s report on objections that are still outstanding at phase 1 of stage 2, and the committee’s approach to its stage 2 report and its draft stage 2 report. Do members agree to take those items in private?
