Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 17th meeting of the Justice Committee in the fourth session of Parliament. I ask everyone to turn off mobile phones and other electronic devices as, even when switched to silent, they interfere with the broadcasting system. No apologies have been received, although I know that James Kelly has been delayed by the road conditions and the weather.

Item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to consider its work programme in private later in the meeting?
