Good morning. Welcome to the 13th meeting in 2014 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones, as they affect the broadcasting system. We have received apologies from Cara Hilton. Mark Griffin is attending as her substitute.
Under agenda item 1, I seek the committee’s agreement that its consideration of a paper on hybrid bills and Scotland Act 2012 finance changes be taken in private at future meetings. Is that agreed?

Under item 2, I ask the committee to agree to take items 6 and 7 in private. Item 6 is consideration of the committee’s work programme and item 7 is a discussion on committees meeting at the same time as the chamber. Do we agree to take those items in private?
